Life in Minnesota has been an adjustment, but almost entirely a pleasant one. Though smaller than Chicago, the Twin Cities are a robust, diverse metropolis with great arts, culture, and dining. Within and without the cities, there are lovely parks and green spaces to explore and enjoy. Summers are pristine here, and the winters while long and cold have a beauty of their own. Thanks to an energetic culinary and cultural scene, there are always warm places to ensconce yourself with a coffee or meal, or a new gallery exhibit to take in.
